Return Policy

Serious Hair Game, LLC is committed to providing high quality products and service to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return please refer to our Return Policy below.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchanges can be made or Warehouse Credit offered if the product is in its original condition and has not been opened. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Customers must call customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Customers will then need to call and provide a tracking number for the package they are sending back. Serious Hair Game will NOT be held accountable for lost packages. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Serious Hair Game unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Product must be returned to Serious Hair Game prior to shipping the new exchanged item. Include a copy of the original invoice or the Purchase Order number. Send product to be exchanged to:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS FOR ORDERS PLACED BEGINNING AUGUST 10, 2011 WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER AND A TRACKING NUMBER.

 

Defective Products

Serious Hair Game replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Serious Hair Game will ship a replacement product at our expense.

 

Products Lost or Damaged In Transit

Serious Hair Game, LLC will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If this happens please contact customer service and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. This typically takes 7-10 days to resolve. In the mean time, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns.

 

Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the salon/client to ensure complete customer satisfaction to the end user in relationship to all Serious Hair Game products. This would include but is not limited to the consultation, selection of product, application of product and any advice or counsel given regarding the said product.

 

Serious Hair Game, LLC may use a number of qualified carriers including but not limited to Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS and DHL. We cannot guarantee the performance of these said carriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please call 1-888-000-0000 and a customer service representative will assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective carrier.

 

Orders received before 2:00 pm MST will ship the same business day for stock items. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will ship the following business day for stock items. Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude holidays.

 

We highly recommend that you caluclate at least 4-5 days out to allow time for the chosen carrier to complete the pick-up and delivery of your product.

**USPS First Class Mail doesn’t offer tracking numbers. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged packages when choosing this option. This is the reason they are able to offer it so cheap compared to their other shipping options.

 

Color on the Internet

Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently depending on size, resolution, brand, etc. So, if you have concerns about specific colors, please email or call our customer service department. Alternatively, we offer a color ring, that has all of our colors and are exactly the same as the hair you purchase from us.

 

Disclaimer

Serious Hair Game, LLC does not endorse the resale of its products on internet retail sites and as a result cannot be held responsible for goods purchased from sites other than SeriousHairGame.com.

 

Serious Hair Game, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and and/or after the application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Serious Hair Game products at their own risk.

 

We may take legal action if necessary against any individuals or entities using the Serious Hair Game name, logos or script taken from its websites or promotional material.
